William was born on June 26th, 1870 in McGill St, Dundee.1  He died  due to Cystotomy pyelitis at the age of 58 on August 11th, 1928 in 15 Baffin St, Dundee.2

‌William and Jessie were married in a religious ceremony on December 30th, 1896 in 140 Perth Road, Dundee.3   They had three sons and four daughters, named William, George, Matt, Jane, Jessie, Helen and Elizabeth(Bessie).
