Jessie was born on April 19th, 1871 in 164 Overgate, Dundee.1  She died  due to cerebral haemorrage at the age of 58 on December 31st, 1929 in 15 Baffin St, Dundee.2

‌Jessie and William were married in a religious ceremony on December 30th, 1896 in 140 Perth Road, Dundee.3   They had three sons and four daughters, named William, George, Matt, Jane, Jessie, Helen and Elizabeth(Bessie).
